Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to hire Korean fab welders through WELDK?

The employer pays; candidates pay nothing. Fees are quoted per engagement after we understand the roles, number of positions, site and schedule, so there is no public rate card. You receive the quote in writing before any candidate profile is shared.

Is this direct hire or labor supply?

Direct hire. Selected technicians sign employment contracts with your company, and you remain the employer of record. WELDK introduces consenting candidates; it does not employ, lease or subcontract the workers.

Which roles can you source?

Six fab-construction roles: manual TIG (GTAW) welders, orbital welders, high-purity (UHP) piping specialists, pipe fitters, foremen and QA/QC inspectors, typically for semiconductor and battery plant process piping, gas and chemical lines.

Who verifies skills and decides on hiring?

People do. WELDK staff review experience and documents before shortlisting, and you run your own interviews and weld tests. The hiring decision is always yours, and visas are decided by the destination country authorities.

Do you handle visas?

Whether visa support is available, and who is responsible for what, depends on the country and the employer, and is confirmed before the contract. The destination authorities decide on the visa. WELDK helps candidates prepare their own documents and keeps the timeline visible, but it never guarantees a visa outcome.
