WELDK Privacy Policy
WELDK collects only what is needed to connect Korean fab welding and piping workers with overseas employers, keeps it for 365 days from submission or until you delete it, and never collects national ID, passport or health data. Candidate data is shared with an employer only after a separate, case-specific consent.
1. What we collect and why

Raw IP addresses are not stored. Files are stored outside the web root under random names and are downloadable by authorised staff only.
2. Retention and deletion
- Records and files are deleted automatically 365 days after submission, or immediately when you delete them at /account.
- After deletion only the reference number, deletion time and a consent/withdrawal history without personal details remain.
3. Sharing with employers (international transfer)
Submitting an application does not share it with anyone. There is no automatic sharing; nothing leaves WELDK before an individual consent is obtained. When a specific opening is confirmed, the candidate is told the recipient, country, purpose, items, timing, method and retention period, and data is transferred only after a separate consent, which can be declined or withdrawn at /account.
4. Processors
No external processors are currently used: email delivery (SMTP), AI assistance and ad measurement are not configured. This table will list them if enabled.

Until operator details are registered, real requests are not accepted (demo mode). The Korean version (/privacy) prevails in case of differences.
